Player selections were done using the following formulas: Batter Value = 0.09*(RUNS+RBI)+0.025*(AB+BB)*(SBSLG+OBA-.8) Pitcher Value = 2.6*(WINS/4.2+SAVES/4.2+IP/100*(4.33/ERA+1.42/WHIP)) Where SBSLG is slugging percentage with net steals factored in, WHIP is (walks+hits)/IP, and 4.33 and 1.42 represent the league average ERA and WHIP, respectively. Players were only elligible at the position they have played the most at. LF and RF were grouped into a single OF category, and centerfielders were elligible to be an allstar as a regular outfielder if they had enough value to fit there. The 'Topes have the best starting in the MK conference in Kevin Brown, and have two relievers on the staff with Doug Jones and Dustin Hermanson. Roger Clemens is a close second for the Regulators, and the Wet Sox boast 2 starters and 1 reliever on the all-star squad.
