Here are the selections for the 1994 CFOD All-star game, to be played once
again at beautiful Fulton County Stadium.  The game will occur on Monday.
The player's performances were evaluated using the following formulas:

Batting Value = 0.025*(OBA+SBSLG)*(AB+BB+HBP+IW)+0.09*(RBI+RUNS)
Pitching Value = 3.2*(WINS/4.2+SAVES/4.2+IP/107*(ERA/4.47+WHIP/1.447))

Where WHIP is (walks+hits)/IP and SBSLG is the slugging percentage
with net steals factored in.  Everyone has at least one person on the
team.  Those who didn't have anyone who normally qualified for the 
all-star team had a reliever or starter.  Starters were considered
to be those with at least 50% of their appearances as starts.  For
position players, the position they qualified for was the one in
which they've played the most games at so far.
