This is the order for all "normal" rounds.  It'll change due to draft 
pick trades and the like, but this is the overall order.  This is a 
"straight" draft IE-#20 always drafts #20, and #6 always drafts #6.  For
those teams that tied in wins, the following criteria were used to 
determine who got the  better spot:

1)  How the division did as far as wins go.  The tougher conference team got
the higher spot, since they "need" the better players to compete.
2)  How they did against each other.  The one who lost more got the better
spot because they "need" the better player to compete.


You'll have to keep track of your draft picks gained/lost.  I won't be
posting this every week, but I will be keeping track of what picks are traded
to whom, and will be noted when the draft results are put out.  

For those that were not here last year, or those last year that forgot,
here's a general guide to doing the draft list:
1.  List as many names as your position, preferably a few more, in case you
miss a draft deadline so I'll have some names to go on.  
2.  If it's a multiple round deal, and you don't want me drafting straight
down the list, then provide instructions (IE-draft a second baseman in
round one, third in round two, or draft from list A round 1, list B round 2).
*HOWEVER* you need to designate what your "flag" is.  IE-if you say draft
a 2b guy, then mark the guys who are second basemen.  Or if you need a lefty,
then mark them by that
3.  Be clear in your naming.  If there are two guys in the database named
Williams, and both ahve the same first initial, then list the first few 
letters of their name.  *ALSO*, please make sure that hte guy you put down
is actually available to be drafted.  I do all of the drafting by hand, and
the fewer the possible trip-ups the better.
