Every year since 1998 I've been keeping track of team's "core ages", which I classify as their
keeper list plus their 1st or 1st & 2nd round picks.  Below is this year's edition, also showing
the last 5 years worth of data.  

The rebuilding Climbers jump into the top spot, "climbing" 11 spots.  The Rainiers' investment
in youth should start the pay off as their core age rises from 24.8 2 years ago to 26.4 this
year.  The MooseDogs have the biggest jump in "youth-iness", climbing 12 spots and shedding
over 2 years off their core.  The Zeros, Organization, Malice, Piazza's and Termites continue to 
love their vets, once again occupying the 5 oldest core spots.
