NOTES:  Each year I compile up the total "real life" team salaries and compare
them to the major league baseball teams.  Despite having an average higher 
overall salary than MLB, nobody could top the Yankees in spending.  The
Pitbulls barely outspent the Red Sox.  ARod, Delgado, Bernie Williams and
Jermaine Dye combined to make $66 real life million in 2004.  The on-the-cheap
Reguluators at 41 million could still not outsave 5 major league baseball
teams, led by the Brewers at 27.5 million.
