NOTES:  With the abundance of stats these days, here's what each
team's "Real Salary" is.  Salaries are as of the end of the draft
plus a few free agent signees.  As last year, nobody could 
outspend the Yankees, nor could anyone out penny pinch the
Devil Rays.  With the signings of Bernie Williams, Trevor Hoffman
and Jermaine Dye, the Pitbulls added some $32 million to their
payroll.  The Wet Sox and Lightning shredded some $20 million
off their real life payroll from 2002 to 2003.

...and, for those teams near the top of the list, don't worry:
I don't plan on ever using real life salary in the league for
anything other than "gee whiz" statistics.
