Loaiza won the league ERA title, posting a low 2.23 ERA.  His 15 wins was
tied for 10th in the league.  Loaiza helped Oregon stay in the playoff race

Halladay was simply a winner in '03, posting a top 10 ERA, tied for 3rd
in runs, and 10th in the league in strikeouts.  Halladay's performance helped
Somerville into the playoffs as a wildcard.

2003 CFOD Cy Young Winner:  Javier Vazquez, Paxtang Pitbulls
