1993 CDBL PLAYOFF PREVIEW CDBL WORLD SERIES Arkham Investigators (102-60, Aaron division pennant winner, 4-3 over Kamados in round 1, 4-1 over Isotopes in AP Conf finals) vs. Boston Bulldogs (101-61, Tiant Division Champs, 4-0 over Trustafarians in GT Conf finals) It's a long time coming for the Investigators, who have been perpetual contenders since 1989, but have been thwarted in the playoffs before. This year they've defeated their competition to return to their first world series since 1987. Ken Griffey Jr is practically a 1 man wrecking crew, hitting .367 with 6 home runs, 12 runs scored and 19 RBI in 12 games. Robin Ventura is hitting .364 with 5 home runs, 9 runs scored and 13 RBI. Tony Phillips is hitting .360 with 10 runs scored. Kevin Appier is 2-1 with a 2.96 ERA in 4 starts, while Jose Rijo has a 3.27 ERA in 3 starts.
