This has been a disaster. Last night I signed up and paid $22.98 for 20Gb and 5 users. This morning I told my associates in CA and CO (I am in NY) to expect to be able to get 2.5 GB worth of files tonight. Now I just get back and my upload has failed because my account is still limited to "Max Space: 1.47 GB" now wer have missed our deadline and I am waiting for someone here to email me so I can get my storage WHICH I PAID FOR. AGHHHH!

Has anyone else had this happen? And webmaster - I need my storage space NOW!
